The incredibly robust SR20 engine has been a mainstay in F1 racing, drift racing, drag racing, and all performance class in between.
It first appeared back in the fall of the late 80s in the Nissan Bluebird. A robust and power-packed engine that’s renowned for boxing well above its weight class.
The SR20DET model is a more powerful version, produced from late 1990 to 1994. With a Compression ratio abated to 8.3, it uses Garrett T28 (TB2804) turbocharger, and a thunderbolt boost pressure increased to 10.5 psi (0.72 bar).
